There are new HelperBots in town! Zachary Noah Piser and Hannah Kevitt will star in Maybe Happy Ending on Broadway at the Belasco Theatre beginning May 19.
Piser (Dear Evan Hansen, Redwood on Broadway) newly joins the cast in the role of Oliver. Kevitt, also an original cast member as the standby for the role of Claire, will now play Claire full-time. She previously played the role for an extended period earlier this year following the departure of original star Helen J. Shen.
Piser and Kevitt replace Tony Award-winning original cast member Darren Criss and Claire Kwon, who depart the show May 17. Current cast members Dez Duron (as Gil Brentley) and Marcus Choi (as James and others) will continue with the show.
Additionally, Cathy Ang joins the cast as a vacation cover, and Savy Jackson joins as the standby for Claire. Jackson is scheduled to perform as Claire from August 4-22, 2026.
Maybe Happy Ending follows two humanoid robots who discover adventure and love with each other after the world has deemed them obsolete. The show, written by Will Aronson and Hue Park and directed by Michael Arden, won the 2025 Tony Award for Best Musical.
