“Returning to Hamilton is a deeply meaningful homecoming,” Odom said in a statement. “I’m so grateful for the chance to step back into the room — especially during this anniversary moment — and to revisit this brilliant piece that forever changed my life and the lives of so many.”
Odom's return to Hamilton comes on the heels of the show's 10th anniversary at Broadway's Richard Rodgers Theatre, celebrated on August 6.
Winner of a Pulitzer Prize, a Grammy Award, and 11 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Hamilton uses rap and hip-hop music to tell the life story of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton.
