Luke James stars as Elijah in Wanted on Broadway at the James Earl Jones Theatre from October 15, 2026.
James made his Broadway debut in Keenan Scott II’s Thoughts of a Colored Man in 2021, playing the role of Passion. He is best known, however, for playing Victor "Trig" Taylor on The Chi and for his career as an R&B musician, earning Grammy nominations for Best R&B Performance ("I Want You"), Song ("Options"), and Album (To Feel Love/d). He has also written songs for artists like Britney Spears and Justin Bieber.
