Joshua Henry stars as Coalhouse Walker Jr. in Ragtime on Broadway at the Vivian Beaumont Theater from September 26, 2025.
Henry is known for his Tony Award-nominated Broadway performances as Billy Bigelow in the 2018 revival of Carousel, Haywood Patterson in The Scottsboro Boys, and Flick in Violet.
Additional high-profile theatre roles include Aaron Burr in the national tour of Hamilton, Gaston in the televised live musical Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration, and Roger Bart in the tick, tick...BOOM! movie musical starring Andrew Garfield and directed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
