Jesús Pupo stars as Young Rubén in Buena Vista Social Club on Broadway at the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre.
Pupo is a Cuban American pianist, composer, and producer known for his jazz band album Oro and a body of musical work that encompasses symphonic arranging, film scoring, and Cuban tradition. He is also an orchestrator, of jazz trio and theatre music.
