Jennifer Simard stars as Mildred Layton in Schmigadoon! on Broadway at the Nederlander Theatre.
Simard is best known for comedic Broadway performances as Sarah in Company, Sister Mary Downy in Disaster!, and Helen Sharp in Death Becomes Her, earning Tony Award nominations for all three. Her other Broadway credits include Once Upon a One More Time, Shrek the Musical, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Hello, Dolly!
Early in her career, Simard earned Drama Desk Award nominations for her performances in three Off-Broadway musicals: I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change; The Thing About Men, and Forbidden Broadway: Special Victims Unit, as well as for Company and Disaster!
