Betsy Aidem stars as Margie in Liberation on Broadway at the James Earl Jones Theatre from October 8, 2025.
Aidem is known for her Tony Award-nominated performance in Prayer for the French Republic on Broadway, reprising her acclaimed performance from off Broadway. Other Broadway credits include Leopoldstadt and All The Way. Other stage credits included Off-Broadway productions such as Balm in Gilead and the world premiere of Liberation, both of which won her Drama Desk Ensemble Awards together with her fellow cast members. Aidem received an Obie Award for Sustained Excellence of Performance in 2007.
