Ali Louis Bourzgui stars as Orpheus in Hadestown on Broadway at the Walter Kerr Theatre.
Bourzgui broke onto the theatre scene when he played the title role in a revival of The Who's Tommy in Chicago in 2023, winning a Jeff Award for his performance. He reprised his role to critical acclaim when the production transferred to Broadway in 2024, and he also starred in the Off-Broadway play We Live in Cairo later that year.
