Jackson is a Broadway performer known for starring as Snow White in the Britney Spears musical Once Upon a One More Time and Middle Allie in the musical adaptation of Nicholas Sparks's The Notebook. She also appeared in the original Broadway casts of the musicals Waitress and Frozen.
