
Aasif Mandvi stars as Fred Sterroll in Fallen Angels on Broadway at the Todd Haimes Theatre from March 27 to June 7, 2026.
Mandvi is best known for being a correspondent on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart for over a decade. He also starred on the Paramount+/Netflix drama Evil and was also a writer, producer, and co-star on the HBO series The Brink, starring Jack Black and Tim Robbins.
In theatre, he won an Obie Award for his solo show Sakina’s Restaurant at the American Place Theatre. Additional stage roles include Ali Hakim in Oklahoma! on Broadway, Amir Kapoor in the Pulitzer Prize-winning play Disgraced with Lincoln Center Theater (Lucille Lortel Award nomination), and Estragon in Waiting for Godot in Los Angeles.
Also a writer, Mandvi co-created the Peabody Award-winning web series Halal In The Family and wrote the short story collection No Land’s Man.
