This reimagined version of the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, now set in New Orleans and infused with jazz and blues stylings, is a madcap comedy about a friendly gang of pirates, their duty-bound apprentice, his would-be bride, and a "modern major general." Hijinks ensue on the high seas!
The cast features Karimloo as The Pirate King, Pierce as W.S. Gilbert/Major General, Monsoon as Ruth, Nicholas Barasch as Frederic, Preston Truman Boyd as Sullivan/Police Sergeant, and Samantha Williams as Mabel Stanley.
