Katie Finneran and more to star in 'The Receptionist' off Broadway
The revival of the 2007 dark office comedy by Adam Bock will play at the Pershing Square Signature Center for a limited run beginning in April.

Second Stage Theater has named the complete cast for its spring production of Adam Bock's play The Receptionist off Broadway, running at the Pershing Square Signature Center from April 15 ahead of a May 7 opening.
The cast of The Receptionist includes two-time Tony Award winner Katie Finneran (Noises Off, Promises Promises) as Beverly Wilkins, Mallori Johnson (Kindred) as Lorraine Taylor, Nael Nacer (Meet the Cartozians, Prayer for the French Republic) as Edward Raymond, and Will Pullen (Dope Thief) as Martin Dart.
The show also features direction by Sarah Benson, scenic design by dots, costume design by Enver Chakartash, lighting design by Stacey Derosier, and sound design by Bray Poor.
A dark comedy about bureaucracy and complicity, The Receptionist follows the cheerful title character, Beverly, whose workday at the Northeast Office stops being business as usual with the arrival of an unexpected visitor from the Central Office (Pullen).
