It's a science fiction triple feature! Three new cast members will join The Rocky Horror Show on Broadway later this summer: Jake Shears, Lorna Courtney, and Kevin McHale, replacing 2026 Tony nominees Luke Evans and Stephanie Hsu and 2025 nominee Andrew Durand.

Grammy nominee Shears (Scissor Sisters, Kinky Boots) will star as Dr. Frank-N-Furter opposite McHale (Glee) as Brad and Tony nominee Courtney (& Juliet) as Janet. Evans, Durand, and Hsu will all depart August 23.

McHale and Courtney start performances August 25, while Shears joins September 11. Ensemble member Paul Soileau will play Frank-N-Furter in the interim.

Continuing cast members include Rachel Dratch as the Narrator,Amber Gray as Riff Raff, Harvey Guillén as Eddie/Dr. Scott, Josh Rivera as Rocky, Sherie Rene Scott as Magenta, and Valentina as Columbia.

Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show is a cult-classic musical about innocent couple Brad and Janet and their weird, wild adventure through the mansion of mad scientist Dr. Frank-N-Furter. The nine-time Tony-nominated revival, featuring classic songs like "Time Warp" and "Sweet Transvestite," has tickets available through November 29.
