Time to get into the holiday spirits! The new comedy show Drunk Christmas Carol will play a holiday run off Broadway from November 12 to January 3 only at the Ruby Theatre.

Drunk Christmas Carol features five actors performing Charles Dickens's classic Christmas story about Ebenezer Scrooge, a miser who changes after ghostly visits on Christmas Eve. One actor takes five shots of whiskey at the start of the performance, and it's up to the others — and the audience — to keep the story on track, but the show goes differently each night.

Craft cocktails are available to the audience for purchase during the show as well. Select ticket types include drinks and the ability to make decisions about what happens next in the show.

Drunk Christmas Carol is a seasonal offering from the team behind Drunk Shakespeare, a long-running New York show at the Ruby in which five actors, one drunk, stage a Shakespeare play. The company is currently staging Drunk Dracula for the Halloween season.

Attendees at all Drunk performances must be 21 or older.
