An epic rescue mission follows, revealing what it means to find family, adventure, purpose, and belonging.
London Theatre raved about this dazzling blockbuster, saying in a five-star review, "It must be the most anticipated arrival in entertainment history: just how will Paddington, the beloved bear immortalised in Michael Bond’s books and the lovely movie adaptations, pad onto the stage? Well, it involves ingenious craft and collaboration, but the all-important result is that the West End’s Paddington is pure theatre magic."
That magic won the show seven 2026 Olivier Awards, tying the record for the most number of wins for any musical in Olivier Award history. It took home awards for Best New Musical, Best Director for Luke Sheppard, and others.
